Creative Napier undertakes a range of activities to support the arts in the community.

•  Festivals: Every year we produce several free festivals for the public to enjoy. These include the Children's Art Expo, and the Summer Concerts Series. See the festivals and events section in this website for more information.
• Help with Funding:   Advice and help with funding applications, including the Creative Communities Funding Scheme, administered by Napier City Council.
• Arts communication: We communicate the arts through this website, the ‘arts – e – news’ newsletter, regular media releases and by representation at local body & business meetings and events. For more information see the what’s on link below and public art sections of this website.
• Arts information and advice: We are always happy to provide new or emerging artists with advice on courses, exhibition opportunities, local clubs and societies, contacts etc. We also maintain an up to date database with information on local artists (emerging and established), clubs and societies.
